All items on the page should normally be in stock. Orders before 14 pm business days usually shipped the next day (we disclaim responsibility if for any good reason not to do so). We use the element corresponding to the 1st class letter and most of the elements are partially traced. If no delivery or notification has arrived within a week, you can call (messages longer delivery time always add printed on the cover). All items on the page are in stock and ready for delivery unless otherwise noted. We don´t sell to companies in Europe.
Max 3 of each product per customer unless otherwise stated (can make exceptions in some cases upon request). We have the right to refuse orders from customers without further justification (if we believe there are reasons for this)

Normal delivery time is about 3-7 days.
Protection of personal data
The customer has 14 days under the Distance and Door Sales Act (2005: 59), (we often approve a longer time but contact us and we will sort it out). The right means that the customer has the right to cancel the purchase at [email protected]. The cancellation deadline is calculated from the date the customer receives the item. The right applies according to EU new laws from June 13, 2014 also included, but when broken down we only refund half the price of the total price in unopened packaging. During transport damage, please fill out the form by mail. Returns of goods are sent as regular package or letter, not as cash on delivery. The return shipping is paid by the customer (not delievered be). If the customer exercises his right of cancellation PlayLek repays what you have paid (shipping cost will not be repayed) within 14 days of receipt of such goods from PlayLek. In the Consumer Agency, you will find further information on the Distance and Door Sales Act (2005: 59)

Incorrect Delivery / Damage
We will deliver the wrong number or wrong item, this must be reported to us within 7 days
If, upon receipt, you discover that the item has been damaged during shipment, you should immediately report the damage to your delivery point or to the carrier who has run out of goods for you. Goods returned must always be shipped in original packaging or equivalent packaging to withstand transport. PlayLek accepts no responsibility for goods packed poorly by the Customer.
The product information is listed on each product based on public information provided by the manufacturer or distributor. The information may be changed by the manufacturer at any time. PlayLek product information is kept as up-to-date as possible, but PlayLek can in no way be held responsible for its accuracy. If the customer is in any doubt as to the content of the product or similar, he should first contact the manufacturer and secondly PlayLek.
We buy our products from the Swedish wholesalers and through the import of well-known brands. There may also be sales of items without packaging or damaged packaging, it becomes clear in the product description of the condition and, unless otherwise stated, the condition similar to those selling in the package.
We reserve the right to correct errors / printing errors, price and product changes without prior notice. Information on this website has been reviewed very carefully, but may still be inaccurate and therefore we cannot guarantee the contents of this website and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
We reserve the right to commitments cannot be sustained in the event of unforeseen events, natural disasters, war or other events beyond our control and cannot be held responsible for such extreme circumstances.
Damage to the package and not picked up package
If you notice any damage to the package, you should immediately contact the post office or another carrier and make a claim. Do not collect a damaged package! If you discover the damage until you opened the package and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the subject or airline's management, you should contact them and make a claim. If the dispute by mail or carrier cannot be resolved, please contact us.
The mobile number you provide during checkout can be used for SMS notification of delivery or other communication regarding your order.
